In line with that goal, Guardian has updated and upgraded and no longer uses TM-100.

While TM-100 is effective and a great product, we feel our NEW product and new blend of enzymes go above and beyond.

TM-100 is an enzyme that digests mold.  It requires a two step process that includes a catalyst to the the TM-100 to grow and secrete the enzyme that actually digests the mold.  This means you have to grow the product in order to get rid of the mold!  This is NOT the best method available anymore.

Our product is an enzyme formulation and it is a breakthrough in enzyme mold remediation and mold removal.
